About Emma
Emma Bolf is an associate at Cavalluzzo LLP whose practice spans labour law, education law, construction labour law, employment law, pay equity, professional regulation, and human rights law, acting for unions and individual workers alike. She previously articled and summered at the firm, and during law school she worked at a union-side firm focused on labour arbitration and professional regulation in the education sector. Emma received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she worked as a caseworker in the Workers' Rights division at Parkdale Community Legal Services and served as a Dean's Fellow in Contract Law. In her final year she studied international, European labour, and comparative constitutional law at Trinity College in Dublin. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2024 and holds a BA (Honours) in Stage and Screen from Queen's University.
