About Martin
Martin Smith is an associate in Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His general practice in commercial and corporate law centres on corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and governance matters. Martin advises a range of public and private companies across industries, including technology and life sciences. Before joining Osler, he worked as an associate at another major national law firm. He holds law degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of Melbourne, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
