About Emal

Emal Faiz is a senior associate who works closely with the firm's commercial and residential lending group, focusing on secured lending within a broad range of financing transactions. He earned his Bachelor of Law/Juris Doctor from the University of Southampton in 2017 and was called to the Ontario Bar in May 2020, having previously completed an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of Guelph. Before joining the firm, Emal articled and practised at a litigation and real estate law boutique, where he handled corporate and commercial real estate transactions. He belongs to the Toronto Lawyers Association.
