About Éloïse
Éloïse Gratton is a partner and co-head of Osler's national Privacy and Information Management group. She advises corporations and their boards on regulatory compliance, crisis and risk management, cyber incidents, ethics, and data governance, including in the evolving area of artificial intelligence. She also represents clients in regulatory investigations relating to privacy. Gratton has been ranked in the top tier by Chambers Canada for privacy and data management and provides strategic guidance to Canadian and international clients. She has authored several books on privacy law that are used in law school courses and cited in scholarly journals and Supreme Court of Canada decisions. She sits on the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's Innovation and Intellectual Property Committee and has appeared before parliamentary committees on privacy and technology matters. Gratton is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and serves on the board of Canada Health Infoway.
