About Elnaz
Elnaz Nejadabbasi is an associate in the Real Estate and Corporate group at Hummingbird Lawyers LLP, called to the Ontario bar in 2024. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law as part of its inaugural graduating class, after completing a Bachelor of Arts at York University with a double major in Law & Society and Sociology. Before becoming a lawyer, Elnaz spent over five years working as a real estate law clerk, experience that continues to inform her practical, detail-oriented approach. Her practice covers residential real estate matters including purchases, sales, pre-construction and assignment transactions, title transfers, and institutional and private financing, along with business asset purchases and sales and incorporations.
