About Julie
Julie Berridge has been a LegalShield lawyer with Mills & Mills LLP since 2011. She earned her LL.B. from Queen's University in 1996 and was called to the bar in 1998. In 2013 and 2014 she served as a visiting attorney in Southwestern University's online LLM program in Entertainment Law, completing coursework in music publishing, theatre law, and the recording industry. Before joining the firm, Julie spent more than a decade as a sole practitioner helping business owners protect their interests, including work on real estate purchases, business purchases, and commercial leases. Her current practice includes advising musicians and songwriters on contracts and assisting small business owners with setting up and running their companies.
