About Ashley

Ashley Chae-Young Moon is an associate lawyer at Korman & Korman LLP who acts on refugee claims, spousal sponsorships, Humanitarian and Compassionate applications, and Protected Person Permanent Residency applications. As a law student she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on the ID Project, developing community information resources for vulnerable populations, and she worked as a summer student at Kim Chang & Lee in Seoul and at Swanick & Associates in Toronto before articling and working as an associate at Szemenyei MacKenzie Group LLP. She has contributed to the Korean Legal Clinic's Anti-Asian Racism Handbook and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2021.
