Korman & Korman LLP is a Toronto law firm at 41 Madison Avenue that practises exclusively in immigration and refugee law. Founding partner Michael Korman started the practice in 1992, called to the Ontario Bar that same year after earning a B.Sc. from McGill University and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Partner Elyse Korman holds a B.A. from McGill and a J.D. from the University of Toronto, was called to the bar in 2005, and now acts as counsel on more than 100 appellate cases a year, largely before the Refugee Appeal Division and the Federal Court. In 2017 Elyse Korman received the Lexpert Zenith Award for Women in Law, recognizing advocacy work on behalf of refugee claimants.

The firm's five lawyers work almost entirely in refugee claims, appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division and Refugee Appeal Division, judicial review, permanent residence sponsorships, inadmissibility matters, temporary permits, and citizenship applications. The associate team brings varied backgrounds: one associate is fluent in English and Farsi and worked at legal clinics in Windsor before joining the firm, while another combines a law degree from Osgoode Hall with graduate study in international human rights law and earlier work as legal counsel at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
