About Rodger

Rodger Gibbs is a partner at Hajduk LLP, which he joined in 1996 before co-forming Hajduk Gibbs LLP with Richard Hajduk. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Economics and Political Science from the University of Alberta in 1988, followed by a Bachelor of Laws from the same university in 1991. Gibbs practices in civil and commercial litigation, Aboriginal law, mortgage foreclosures and collection proceedings, and family and divorce law, and has appeared before all levels of the Alberta courts as well as the Supreme Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Canada. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and has served on Law Society of Alberta committees and mentored junior lawyers.
