She regularly handles zoning and land use disputes, building standards, and permitting matters, including cases that touch on constitutional issues, cannabis regulation, and foreshore and riparian management, and she has appeared before all the courts of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada, and on leave applications to the Supreme Court of Canada. She earned her LL.B from the University of Victoria in 2010, winning the David W. Roberts Prize in Legal Writing, and was called to the BC bar in 2011 after practising with a full-service business law firm and joining Young Anderson in 2013. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for administrative and public law and municipal law, and as a Lexpert Leading Lawyer to Watch in regulatory and public law litigation.
