Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionAlyssa Bradley is a partner at Young Anderson who summered and articled with the firm before joining following her call to the bar in 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Environmental Biology from the University of Alberta and a law degree from the University of Victoria, where she held an executive position with the Environmental Law Centre. She practises as both a solicitor and litigator, has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, and has appeared before the Environmental Appeal Board and the Agricultural Land Commission. She is past co-chair and current treasurer of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch's Environmental Law Subsection, and has co-authored papers on local government drinking water liability and municipal pesticide regulation, and updates the Development Rights chapter of the Continuing Legal Education Society's Real Estate Development Practice Manual.
