About Davis
Davis Haugen is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring group in Osler's Toronto office. She is developing a broad corporate and commercial practice with a focus on corporate restructuring and debtor-creditor law. Davis earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and completed her articles with the firm in 2024. Before law school, she also completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Toronto and the Canadian Securities Course.
