About Alia

Alia Rosenstock serves as Managing Legal Director at Mobility Law, where she runs a full-scope immigration practice covering Canadian work permits, entry visas, Labour Market Impact Assessments, inadmissibility applications, and permanent residence filings. She guides employers and foreign nationals through eligibility questions, regulatory compliance, and risk management, including reporting obligations and compliance audits. Before joining the firm, she worked at a large global immigration practice, handling Canadian immigration matters for multinational and Fortune 500 clients in sectors such as energy, finance, infrastructure, and technology. As a former member of Legal Aid Ontario's Refugee and Domestic Violence panels, she has also represented clients facing family reunification, inadmissibility, domestic violence, and human trafficking issues, appearing before every division of the Immigration and Refugee Board as well as the Federal Court. She earned her J.D. from Dalhousie University in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Music from the New England Conservatory. She is fluent in English and French and has working knowledge of Spanish.
