About Eldon

Eldon Horner practices mainly in real estate, agricultural law, wills and estates, municipal law, and corporate and business matters, with particular experience in real estate transactions for agricultural clients. He was one of seven lawyers in Ontario awarded the Law Society Medal in 2021 for outstanding service to the profession. He is a past president of the SDG County Law Association and was elected Chair of the Federation of Ontario Law Associations in 2015. He was valedictorian at the University of Toronto Law School in 1993 and holds an Honours BA from Wilfrid Laurier University. He chairs the board of the Dundas Manor long-term care home and has served on the board of the Winchester District Memorial Hospital and as a Champlain Grant reviewer for the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
