About Ian

Ian Paul has practised criminal law in Cornwall, Ontario since 1995. Before that, he was a lawyer in the Canadian Forces Judge Advocate General Office from 1990 to 1994. His practice focuses on criminal trials, sentence hearings, and bail hearings, and he accepts both Legal Aid and private retainer cases. He represents people charged with offences of violence, property offences, drug offences, and impaired driving offences.
