About Samantha

Samantha Berry's main practice areas are real estate and estate planning. She assists clients with buying, selling, and refinancing homes, particularly enjoys helping first-time home buyers, and can carry a private transaction from an agreement of purchase and sale through to closing. She also assists with the purchase, sale, or refinancing of farmland and other commercial and investment properties, and practices estate planning, preparing wills and powers of attorney. She holds a B.A. with Highest Honours from Carleton University (2010) and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2013). She joined the firm after her articling term in 2013 and became a partner in 2019.
