About Vince

Vince is a Barrister and Solicitor licensed in Ontario and British Columbia who leads Pace Law's Global Investor Immigration Practice. He advises international investors on citizenship and permanent residence options abroad and has helped hundreds of clients immigrate to Canada and other countries through investment-based programs. Before joining Pace, he worked with financial institutions, government bodies, and developers on investor immigration projects, helping introduce Chinese investors to programs such as the PEI and Saskatchewan provincial nominee programs, the Singapore investor stream, the UK Tier 1 Investor route, and citizenship-by-investment programs in St. Kitts and Dominica. He holds a BA from McGill University and a JD from the University of Ottawa, and after 18 years living and working in Asia, he is fluent in Mandarin.
