Beth is senior counsel with a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, with particular experience in shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial real estate litigation, professional discipline and negligence, pension matters and other business disputes. She also practises administrative law and judicial review, and is widely regarded as one of Manitoba's leading appellate counsel, having appeared at trial and appellate courts across Canada and before regulatory tribunals including the Law Society of Manitoba and the Manitoba Securities Commission.
