About Ivan

Ivan Holloway is a partner who practises construction law, construction litigation, corporate commercial litigation, and civil litigation. Before joining the firm he chaired the Construction Law Practice Group and was a partner at a large Winnipeg firm, and he was also a partner at a Winnipeg litigation boutique. He has significant trial and appellate experience, having represented clients in the superior courts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario and argued before the Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario Courts of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal. He also successfully defended a leave application at the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba's Robson Hall in 2002 and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2003. He serves on the board of the Frontier Centre for Public Policy.
