About Drew
Drew Tyler is a partner with Conlin Bedard whose practice focuses on international trade and customs, government procurement, transportation, and other federal and provincial legal matters, including trade remedies, export controls and sanctions, WTO agreements, trade and investment agreements, customs, aviation regulation, drone regulation, public procurement, Canada's anti-spam legislation, and federal and provincial privacy legislation. He has acted as counsel in many of Canada's most complex trade remedy matters over the past decade, working with firms of varying sizes across a range of industries, and regularly appears before Canadian courts and tribunals. He has published on the application of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms to policing of high seas fisheries.
