About Drew

Drew Mitchell is a partner at TDS who practises primarily in corporate and commercial law, advising businesses and technology companies on acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and reorganizations. His practice focuses on banking and finance, including acting for financial institutions and borrowers on debt and equity transactions, and on real estate and development matters such as purchases, sales, leasing, and financings. He has advised medical device, e-commerce, and start-up companies, and frequently acts as Manitoba counsel for firms and businesses outside the province. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandon University (2001), a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University (2004), and a Master of Laws from the University of Manitoba (2005). He was called to the Manitoba bar in 2006, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for banking and finance law and in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for banking and corporate law.
