About Barry
Barry M. Polisuk joined Friedmans LLP as senior counsel in 2020, specializing in secured lending, corporate commercial, real estate, and securities law, representing banks, trust companies, and institutional lenders as well as public companies on IPOs and reverse takeovers. He holds an LL.B. Cum Laude (1985) and an L.L.L. in Quebec Civil Law (1986) from the University of Ottawa.
