About Dorwin
Dorwin Cho is a senior commercial solicitor whose practice is now focused on real estate development and commercial real estate, from Richards Buell Sutton's Surrey office. With over 40 years of legal practice, he has extensive expertise in corporate, commercial, real estate, and corporate finance transactions, including residential subdivisions, multi-family developments, strata title projects, and commercial real estate acquisitions, serving family enterprises and closely-held private companies. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto (1981) and a B.A.Sc. from the University of British Columbia (1978), and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1982. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
