About Gregory

Gregory J. Heywood is a founding partner of Roper Greyell with over 30 years of experience as a labour litigator, representing management and employees in wrongful dismissal lawsuits, labour arbitrations, labour board hearings, and human rights tribunal hearings. He has represented unionized employers in grievance arbitrations and workplace discrimination cases and is the firm's representative in the Employment Law Alliance, sitting on its board of directors. He holds a BA from Queen's University and an LLB from the University of Victoria, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1987 and Alberta in 1991.
