Donald Dow is a partner at Gowling WLG in Ottawa in the Advocacy Department with over 25 years' experience in medical defence litigation and health law. He heads the firm's Ottawa Medical Defence Practice Group and has handled numerous civil trials at jury and non-jury levels. Since 2003, he has represented defendants in medically related civil actions and regulatory proceedings in Nunavut and is frequently recognized in the Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada for medical negligence.
