About Yanik

Yanik S. Guilbault has been a partner at Sicotte Guilbault since 2004. He earned his law degree from the University of Ottawa's French Common Law program in 1997 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. His practice covers general litigation, including family law and civil litigation, as well as real estate law, and he has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. He also acts as a mediator, offering services in both English and French, handling separations and divorces, division of property, spousal and child support, parenting issues, and domestic contracts.
