About Tricia

Tricia McAvoy has practised personal injury law for more than 25 years since her call to the bar and is a graduate of Queen's University. She spent years on the insurance side, working for several major insurers, before shifting her practice to represent injured clients directly. Tricia has extensive experience across all levels of Ontario courts as well as the Licence Appeal Tribunal, Financial Services Commission, and Social Services Tribunal. Her caseload includes motor vehicle claims under both tort and accident benefits, slip and fall matters, long-term disability claims, and other injury files. Outside work, she enjoys travel, mystery novels, and spending time with her two sons.
