About Joseph
Joseph Campisi Jr. is the managing partner of Campisi Law and practices exclusively in personal injury, representing injured individuals in their claims. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2003, later completing a doctorate in 2009 on motor vehicle accident compensation in Ontario since 1990. He has taught insurance law as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall since 2009 and serves as the updating editor of the Butterworths Ontario Motor Vehicle Insurance Practice Manual. Joseph has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and several other tribunals. He was recognized in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada for personal injury litigation.
