About Diedre

Diedre Alexander is an associate in the Halifax office who advises on tax issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and estate planning strategies. Alexander's practice includes representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of varying sizes across the country, including in the context of roll-up strategies. Alexander earned a JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2020, a BA from Dalhousie University in 2017, and completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program in 2025. Alexander was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2021.
