About Patrick
Patrick Atherton practises exclusively in criminal law and has represented clients on a full range of criminal matters in Provincial Court, Supreme Court and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal. He co-founded Atherton Nicholson as a partnership in 2013 after practising with Tanya Nicholson at the former firm Scaravelli & Associates. He was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1997.
