About Tapas

Tapas Pain is the founder of PNC IP Group, a registered patent and trademark agent, and a licensed Ontario lawyer. He holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa along with a Bachelor of Science in toxicology and a Master of Science in pharmacy from the University of Toronto. He has represented clients across six continents in patents, trademarks, copyright, industrial designs and trade secrets.
