About Angelo

Angelo Vumbaca was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997. His practice covers corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate, land development, private lending and estate planning. He earned his B.A. (Hons.) from York University in 1991 and his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1997.
