Employment & Labour LawKathleen Stokes has practised management-side labour law since graduating from Dalhousie University in 1999, after earlier work at a research institute involved in development projects in Asia and South America. She represents public sector clients, construction companies, mining corporations, and First Nations, with particular interests in grievance arbitrations, Labour Board matters, construction labour law, human rights, and occupational health and safety. She earned her B.A. from the University of Alberta in 1991. She has served on the boards of the John Howard Society, the Children's Community Network, and the Sudbury Community Foundation.
