About Denny

Denny is a Partner at BOYNECLARKE LLP, providing advisory and transactional services to businesses in real estate, construction and financial services. He acts regularly for lenders on secured financing transactions and also provides estate planning advice and recovery work for lenders and businesses. Denny is called to the bar in both Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and practises in English and French. He earned his LLB from the Université de Moncton in 2005 and is a member of the Association des juristes d'expression française de la Nouvelle-Écosse.
