About Denna
Denna is an associate in the firm's Restructuring and Insolvency group, with a broad restructuring and litigation practice that includes acting for court-appointed receivers and trustees, debtor companies, and various creditor interests. He has worked on matters involving real estate insolvencies, film financing structures, and digital asset recovery, and regularly handles priority disputes, secured debt enforcement, and commercial fraud issues, appearing before all levels of court in Ontario. He holds a combined J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. Denna is a member of The Advocates' Society and has an interest in public interest advocacy, including work supporting access to legal education.
