About Evan

Evan is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation group, where he maintains a broad commercial and civil litigation practice representing clients across different industries. Before joining the firm, he practiced labour and employment law, which gave him extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution. Evan earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021 and an LL.B. from Wuhan University in 2017, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. He speaks both English and Mandarin, has been recognized in Best Lawyers for Franchise Law, and serves as an executive member of the Ontario Bar Association's Franchise Section.
