About Brad

Brad is a Calgary partner whose practice spans energy, mining, environmental, regulatory and Indigenous law, and he co-chairs Osler's environmental disputes and enforcement practice. He regularly advises on facility approvals for large industrial and resource projects and appears in proceedings before provincial energy and environmental regulators as well as courts across several Canadian provinces. His work also covers regulatory compliance, contaminated sites and prosecutions arising from environmental and safety incidents. Before becoming a lawyer, Brad spent time in Calgary as an environmental consultant conducting site assessments, and he has since taught environmental and workplace safety law at several Alberta institutions.
