About Denise

Denise Layton is an Edmonton lawyer practising in residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, and wills and estates. She works with clients on planning and drafting estate documents, financing and purchasing property, starting, buying, or selling a business, and drafting and reviewing agreements and leases, aiming to keep the process simple and understandable. Layton has practiced for more than 30 years and is a Canadian Bar Association section member for Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Business Law, and Elder Law, having previously led the CBA (North) Elder Law Subsection from 2014 to 2017.
