About Tyler

Tyler Vant Erve is a partner with KMSC Law LLP working out of the Grande Prairie, Spirit River and Beaverlodge offices, practising primarily in business law, real estate, and wills and estates. His business work includes mergers and acquisitions, incorporating and structuring companies, and drafting and negotiating contracts, and he regularly acts for clients purchasing, selling or leasing agricultural, commercial and residential real estate. Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Tyler earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 2015 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2019, articling with KMSC Law before being called to the Alberta bar in 2020 and the British Columbia bar in 2021. He serves on the Board of Directors of the 3D Children's Society.
