About Collista

Collista Coles was born and raised in a small community in the Northwest Territories. A member of the Edmonton Bar and the Canadian Bar Association since 1998, she has over 20 years of legal experience with a primary focus on family law, including custody, access, child and spousal support, and property division, with a view toward settlement. When settlement isn't attainable, Coles has extensive experience in family litigation before the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench, and the Court of Appeal of Alberta. She also has extensive experience in personal injury law for clients who have suffered complex injuries, including brain injuries, and has attended numerous Alternative Dispute Resolution processes.
