About Declan

Declan joined the firm during his articling term in 2023 and became an associate lawyer in September 2024. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in English and History with distinction at the University of Calgary and obtained his law degree at the University of Victoria, where he took part in the Macintyre Cup criminal trial advocacy moot and received an award for Best Closing Submissions. His practice focuses primarily on criminal defence, including traffic ticket disputes and Immediate Roadside Prohibition reviews. He previously worked as an English teacher and bartender in Alberta, BC, and Vietnam.
