About Dale
Dale Marshall is a criminal defence lawyer based in Victoria who has practised for over three decades, appearing in the BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, and BC Court of Appeal on matters including drug offences, driving offences, assault-related offences, and homicide. He has taught Criminal Procedure at the University of Victoria Law School and speaks at local high schools and community groups. He has coached various sports in Victoria and now umpires youth fastpitch.
