About Dean

Dean Psarras is a partner whose practice centers on negotiated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and debt and equity financings. He advises clients across Canada and cross-border on divestitures, business formations and wind-ups, joint ventures, shareholder matters, and corporate governance, with particular focus on mid-market deals representing both buyers and sellers. Dean also helps owner-managers monetize their businesses through reorganizations, family transfers, and employee share offerings, and he advises on employee share ownership and equity compensation plans for both employers and participants. His clients span professional services, insurance, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, private equity, and real estate. Dean earned his LL.B. and B.Comm. from the University of Ottawa and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2004, and he speaks English and conversational Greek.
