Dayle Linton is Of Counsel focusing on commercial and advertising law, with experience serving both regulatory bodies and private sector clients. Her practice centers on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including master services agreements, SaaS agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and construction, transportation, and sponsorship contracts. She regularly reviews advertising and marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws, tracks legal and regulatory developments for organizational impact, and advises on privacy compliance and breach response. Dayle previously worked at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and Procter & Gamble Inc. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto (1998) and a B.Com. from Queen's University (1995).
