About Michelle
Michelle Staples is an associate at Isaacs Odinocki LLP, which she joined in 2019 after articling with its predecessor firm, Isaacs & Co. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on maritime, transportation, and insurance law, and she has been included in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Maritime and Transportation Law since 2025. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has experience with eDiscovery platforms including Relativity.
