About Michael

Michael Cohen holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in sociology from Concordia University and is a graduate of the Université de Montréal's law faculty, having been admitted to the Barreau in 1984. He also worked as a union advisor for the Canadian Union of Public Employees and regularly appears before the Tribunal administratif du travail and the Canada Industrial Relations Board, serving clients across all sectors. He is a member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
