About Karoline

Karoline Khelfa was called to the Quebec Bar in 2003 and practises mainly in disciplinary and professional law. She represents and advises professional orders and trustees on disciplinary matters and the illegal practice of a profession, and regularly appears before disciplinary bodies and civil and penal courts. For close to ten years she practised disciplinary law within a self-regulatory body overseeing real estate agencies and brokers, where she managed the litigation team. She earned her law degree from Université de Montréal in 2002 and has spoken at numerous conferences on real estate brokerage, mortgage fraud, and hidden defects.
