About David

David Stamp is known as an expert litigator focusing on pension and benefits litigation as well as employment litigation. He advises major pension funds and corporations on pensions litigation and has acted for the winning side in a number of prominent pension and benefits cases, including before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal. His work involves a significant administrative law dimension, advising clients before and appearing in front of statutory tribunals. David frequently speaks on pension class actions and other litigation topics, and also represents employers in wrongful dismissal and other employment disputes, alongside broad corporate and commercial litigation experience.
