About James

James Herbert has been a partner with Chappell Partners LLP since 2000, with extensive experience in family law and civil litigation, including wrongful dismissal, defamation, and construction claims. He has twice chaired the Ontario Bar Association's Family Law Institute program and edits the family law volume of O'Brien's Encyclopedia of Forms.
