About Darren

Darren Delaney is a partner with more than twenty years of experience in insurance litigation, known for a practical, results-oriented approach paired with strong courtroom advocacy. His practice covers all aspects of insurance defence, with particular emphasis on motor vehicle claims, along with occupiers' liability, product liability and liquor liability matters. He has taken part in jury trials and handled motions, applications and appeals at every level of court in Ontario, as well as appearances before several administrative tribunals. He also speaks as faculty for the Ontario Bar Association and belongs to the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, The Advocates' Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from York University in 2000 and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2003.
